Hire Space Enquiry Cycle in 47 Seconds


We recommend users to use a Chrome browser when managing Hire Space enquiries for an optimal experience.

When a customer contacts a Hire Space Venue, a notification email is sent to the venue's registered email inbox(es):

  • Click the Respond button on your notification email to be redirected to the new enquiry

  • On the enquiry page, you can see the customer's event brief and contact details. Should anything change, you can update them, and even make private notes to the enquiry for future reference!

  • After contacting each customer, confirm you have called or emailed the customer. This will move the enquiry to the 'In Progress' tab. The quicker this is done, the better your response time!


Enter the race simply by responding to your Hire Space customer enquiries in September as quickly as possible!

Venues will be ranked based on their average response time in September. Response time is the time it takes for a new enquiry to be marked as either 'Emailed' or 'Called', moving it into the 'In Progress' tab in your Enquiry Feeds.
