At Hire Space, we get to see a lot of great venues. Some are big, some are small, some are perfect for conferences and some are great for weddings. But when it comes to versatility, the vibrant Institute of Contemporary Arts takes the cake. I mean, how often do you come across an industrial chic studio space, a gorgeous masterpiece from the Regency period and a fully-fledged cinema all in one building?!

Whether you're looking to add a cultured edge to your conference, host a film premier, educate customers with a creative workshop or even get married, the ICA can make your artistic vision come to life. Once described as the 'cultural heartbeat of London' by Damien Hirst, it doesn't get much cooler than this.

All of the spaces here, the largest of which is able to accommodate 350 guests, are fully-equipped with state-of-the-art AV and also offer complimentary WiFi. If food is your favourite form of art, in-house caterer Arnold & Henderson is your Van Gogh, having made its way across the river from Shoreditch's highly regarded Rochelle Canteen. You can even expand your cultural awareness with their sake pop-up bar!

Our favourite space? All of them are dazzling but the Nash & Brandon Room is simply breathtaking. An ideal setting for a whole array of events for up to 150 guests, its original Regency features and balconies overlooking leafy St James' Park make this room dreamy with a capital D.

Having featured in several Hire Space blogs (you can check out the most recent here), the ICA is a firm Hire Space favourite and is always high up on our list for creating pure event magic.
